- You are a commercial or industrial company
- You are a customer of...
- Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO)
- Massachusetts Electric Company (MECO)
- NSTAR or its local affiliates -
Boston Edison,
Commonwealth Electric or
Cambridge Electric
- Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company (FG&E)
