Competitive Energy Services - Massachusetts' objective is to provide both the lowest cost and the best service available in this industry:

• CES-MA is a broker of electricity. We work exclusively for our customers and not for electricity suppliers.
• CES-MA will obtain the lowest prices for electricity service available in the competitive marketplace and on contract terms that are favorable to our customers.
• CES-MA will negotiate contracts only with electricity suppliers that are reliable and that have the financial and technical resources to support their supply obligations.

• CES-MA will assist its customers in understanding and operating in the new competitive market for electricity to make sure that the services they obtain meet their goals and objectives.
• CES-MA will focus on lowering the total cost our customers pay for electricity by developing Energy Conservation, Demand-Side Management and on-site cogeneration options.
• CES-MA will advocate on behalf of its customers in proceedings before governmental and regulatory entities to ensure that our customers' interests are represented and decisions result in reducing the costs of electricity.
