Competitive Energy Services - Maine

• We have been active in Maine since the first day of retail access - March 1, 2000. Since that date, we have delivered more electricity to Maine customers than all of the other brokers and aggregators combined. We now have over 1,000 commercial accounts in Maine representing about 25% of all commercial usage in the state, including all of the electricity for the accounts of the State of Maine. Competitive Energy Services - Texas

• We have been active in Texas since 2002 and currently represent approximately 3,000 customer accounts. Our customers span the entire state and virtually every economic sector. New Brunswick, Canada

• We have recently become active in the Province of New Brunswick representing commercial, industrial and governmental entities in their purchasing of natural gas. Among our customers are the Province of New Brunswick and the City of Saint John. We are also active in the ongoing effort to bring competitive electricity markets to New Brunswick.
